The Mediterranean climate, the altitude above sea level, sea breezes, the specific characteristics of the Terroir, the high levels of insolation, are fundamental conditions for the varieties, mainly native and Mediterranean, well rooted genetically to our soil and adapted to increasingly longer and stressful periods of drought.
